Racketeering?

1. Please explain how/why you think this is racketeering.

2. What is your concern that a university with tens of thousands of employees and $1.4B in payroll has 132 people working in roles related to DEI (noting that when you look at the detail, that count includes a broad range of roles including people working as systems analysts/developers for ADA compliance, for example)?
